It all starts with the ingredients.
Too many restaurants are driven by profit margins first & we can’t blame them; after all, profit is how restaurants stay open. The problem we have is that large, corporate-owned joints make crucial decisions based on saving two or three cents here & there & that, quite frankly, has not only lowered widespread standards, it has lowered expectations of diners everywhere.
Our Standards Drive Us
One thing we know, for sure, is that a lot of restaurants focus on offering a vast menu of choices for their diners. This makes sense on the surface because we all know that people like choices.
The big issue with this strategy, however, is that when you spread yourself too thin, something is always going to suffer. Our approach is a bit different and we believe that it is one of our core strengths.
We offer an intimate, revolving menu with items that eventually earn a permanent home & off-menu items that we keep around for regular guests who have a favorite from one of our previous menus.
This allows us to focus on a couple of things that we feel are crucial to creating a memorable guest experience.
